Set of 30g organic ceremonial grade Matcha and bamboo whisk and Matcha spoon.

  • Ceremonial grade is the highest quality of Matcha - without bitterness, but with a creamy and round nutty taste.
  • Very fine structure and a fresh green colour
  • Can be used for both drinking and cooking.
  • Use the bamboo whip to stir matcha with hot water to create a smooth, frothy tea.

The Matcha spoon is designed to be able to measure 1 gram of Matcha powder, and is a regular part of traditional Japanese tea ceremonies.

Matcha bamboo whisks are made of bamboo and consist of thin, delicate branches that are carefully arranged and tied together. The whisk is used to stir the Matcha powder together with hot water to create a smooth, frothy tea.
