This super simple snack or healthy dessert takes a maximum of 5 minutes to prepare (However, it must be left in the freezer overnight). It's perfect for sharing and you can use exactly the topping you want.
- 500g Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or acacia honey
2 tbsp Matcha
- Pumpkin seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Maple syrup/honey
HERE'S HOW YOU DO IT:
- Mix Greek yogurt, syrup/honey and matcha powder in a bowl.
- Add baking paper to the dish and spread the mass in a thin layer. Add desired topping.
- Place the dish in the freezer overnight and break into smaller pieces and serve directly from the freezer.
