Matcha Frozen Yogurt


This super simple snack or healthy dessert takes a maximum of 5 minutes to prepare (However, it must be left in the freezer overnight). It's perfect for sharing and you can use exactly the topping you want.


INGREDIENTS
  • 500g Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or acacia honey
  • 2 tbsp Matcha

Toppings:

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Blueberry
  • Hemp seeds
  • Maple syrup/honey

HERE'S HOW YOU DO IT:

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, syrup/honey and matcha powder in a bowl.

  2. Add baking paper to the dish and spread the mass in a thin layer. Add desired topping.

  3. Place the dish in the freezer overnight and break into smaller pieces and serve directly from the freezer.
